Website Maintenance and Support Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

This policy describes the proposed M&M Partner Solutions ("MMPS") monthly website care plans. Plan scope, time
allowances, and prices below are proposals; the specific terms for your plan are confirmed in writing before a
plan begins.

Proposed plans
- Care Essentials — $39/month: a monthly basic website health review and up to 15 minutes of minor content edits.
- Care Plus — $99/month: a health review and up to 45 minutes of small content updates or maintenance tasks.
- Growth Care — $199/month: up to 2 hours of agreed routine website updates and a documented basic content/on-page review.
- Managed Care — $399/month: up to 4 hours of agreed routine website and content work, plus a scheduled monthly review.

What is included
Minor updates and maintenance tasks mean small content edits, text and image swaps, link fixes, and minor layout
adjustments that fit within the plan's monthly time allowance, on a website we are able to access and support.

Monthly time
Time is counted per calendar month and does not carry over to the next month.

Approvals and responsiveness
Work that needs your decision pauses until you approve it. Support is handled by email on a reasonable-effort
basis.

What is not included
New pages, redesigns, e-commerce, custom integrations, hosting and domain fees, and any work beyond the monthly
time allowance are not included and are quoted separately. These plans do not include managed hosting, backup
monitoring, security monitoring, or guarantees of uptime, security, search rankings, leads, or revenue.

Billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly. You may cancel future renewals; the current paid month is provided as agreed. Online
recurring payment is not enabled until a plan's terms are finalized and a payment method is set up.
