timeline, and price. We confirm scope in writing before work begins. Submitting an inquiry or quote request
does not obligate you to proceed.

Services and scope
Each service and package lists what is included and excluded. For website + automation and e-commerce
offers, feasibility, required integrations, and final scope are assessed and confirmed in a written quote;
the starting price is not a guarantee that every requirement can be met at that price.

Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, supply content and assets you are authorized to use, and give
timely feedback and approvals.

Payments
Online and recurring payments are not enabled on this website; no payment details are collected here. Any
payment arrangement is handled separately under your written agreement.

Intellectual property
Site content and branding belong to MMPS or its licensors. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables
are set out in your written agreement.

Client portal
If you receive portal access, you may view only the projects associated with your own account.

Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or change parts of this website. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee the site
is error-free or continuously available.

Limitations
References to prior work are provided as context and are not guarantees of results. To the extent permitted
